Biography

With almost 20 years of legal experience, Danielle M. Campbell is dedicated to providing compassionate, knowledgeable, and effective legal representation in family law, estate planning, and probate. Inspired by her grandfather, who practiced law in Houston for three decades, Ms. Campbell has built a career grounded in integrity, service, and a commitment to educating clients while keeping the law simple and accessible.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Campbell graduated from the University of Hawai`i and was a teacher in Spring. A proud graduate of South Texas College of Law, Ms. Campbell was a Dean’s List honoree and received the Merit Scholarship all three years. During her time there, she also served as an Assistant Editor on the South Texas Law Review, was a Director of the Board of Advocates, was named to Who's Who Among American Law Students, and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Fraternity. She participated in the prestigious Advocacy Program under the direction of T. Gerald Treece, honing her skills as a trial advocate. As an Assistant Editor on the Law Review, she refined her writing and research abilities, which have been invaluable in her legal practice. She also mentored fellow law students in the Mentor/Mentee Program.

Specializing in family law, estate planning, and probate, Ms. Campbell believes that her clients should always be informed participants in the legal system. Her goal is not only to provide expert legal counsel but to ensure that clients fully understand the process and feel confident about their decisions at every stage. She and her team are committed to answering all questions thoroughly, being honest and transparent about the facts and realities of each case—whether the news is good or challenging.

Above all, Ms. Campbell strives to achieve the best possible results tailored to each client’s unique situation, helping them navigate complex legal matters with clarity and confidence. Her clients can trust that they will be guided through the legal process with care and that their individual needs are at the forefront of every strategy and decision.

In addition to her law practice, Ms. Campbell is an active member of several esteemed legal organizations. She is a member of the Texas Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and has served on the Montgomery County Bar Association Board of Directors from 2019 to 2025. Since 2020, she has been a valued member of the State Bar of Texas Grievance Committee, contributing to the maintenance of legal ethics and professionalism across the state.

Outside of her legal career, Ms. Campbell is deeply involved in her community. She has volunteered at her children’s schools for many years and has served on the board of directors for their booster programs. She is also a proud sponsor of programs at College Park High School. Since 2020, she has been a member of the Houston Rodeo Souvenir Program Committee, helping to support one of Houston’s most iconic annual events. Ms. Campbell enjoys spending time with her two children – one in college and one in high school – and their cats.
